Welcome to La Dolce Vita - a beautiful, fully equipped and furnished ground floor condo on Siesta Key Island, off the West coast from Sarasota, Central Florida, USA.

Our comfortable air-conditioned condominium will easily sleep 4 or 5 people with 1 Queen size bed, 1 pull-out sofa bed and 1 air mattress. The unit boasts terra-cotta floors, a galley kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker... all the essentials. All linens are included: sheets, towels, linen, etc. There's 2 cable televisions, VCR, stereo with CD/Cassette player, an Apple computer and washer and dryer in the unit. At your home away from home, you also have the use of a patio and BBQ.

La Dolce Vita is located at Sandy Cove 3, a quiet association of only 16 units which boasts a beautiful location with 3 other associations. Take a leisurely 2 minute walk down an idyllic tree and flower lined private roadway with birds singing. When you get to the end you'll see our lovely original "Homestead" Clubhouse which can be reserved for gatherings or parties. It overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a private fishing pier and the beach. You can also simply walk out of your door and plunge into the pool or lounge pool side. Later on, you can go to the public beach for a long walk or bike ride and to enjoy the sunsets, the colours of which are beyond compare!

Siesta Key is a spectacular island with something for everyone. Cross one of two bridges to the island and vive la différence! Lazy days and relaxation are the rule here! For those looking for some peace and quiet, you've got it; for those who love to fish and swim in the ocean, you've come to the right place. You can indulge in many sporting activities such as bike riding, walking, snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, surfing... You can find everything here!

The island has whatever you need without being "too commercial". A five-minute walk to Siesta Key Village and you will find shopping, banking, restaurants, video rentals, souvenirs and more. Bike riding is easy here as drivers aren't in a hurry to get anywhere... no one wants to leave! Siesta Key has a long fabulous stretch of "icing sugar" white sand beaches, which even in the heat of the day, never burn the bottoms of your feet! Amazing! There's natural beauty here no matter where you look.

Rates are for 2 weeks minimum. Discount applicable for renting 3 months or more. Rates are in U.S. currency. Security deposit of $500 US required. Payment: 20% at time of booking, balance and security deposit 1 month prior to arrival date.

Sandy Cove is a private residence , not a hotel - We only accept guests for 2-week long stays. So settle in and stay a while. You'll be glad you did and find yourself wanting to return year after year!
